How does the deposit work?
Each party pays a $300 deposit at booking to confirm the session. This deposit is applied toward the total session fee. If both parties pay, the full $600 initial block is covered.
What if the session goes beyond two hours?
Additional time is billed at $350 per hour, prorated to the nearest 15 minutes. The additional amount is automatically charged to the card on file after the session.
How are fees split between parties?
By default, fees are split 50/50 between the parties. The mediator can adjust this split if the parties agree to a different arrangement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund of the deposit. Late cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
